Does TCC print in-house?
No. The Calling Card uses a select group of print suppliers based on special capabilities, equipment and quality. The Calling Card interacts with supplier as quality controller ensuring the product is produced to perfection and to customer’s satisfaction.
Does TCC offer design services?
Absolutely! We ARE designers by trade AND experts in print production processes, therefore ensuring the final product of, for instance, a business card or a brochure meets expectations.
When will I get my print order?
Regular print orders from our value-line typically take 7 to 10 working days (including shipping). Custom orders take from 10 to 21 working days (including shipping) and even longer depending on the customization. You will be alerted to the time turnaround upon placing the order.
What is your refund policy?
We only offer refunds on defective products that we are unable to fix or troubleshoot in which event a full refund would be granted either through your direct method of payment or by check.
How do I cancel an online order?
To cancel an online order you must contact us within 3 hours of having placed that order. Due to the speed of processing web-to-print orders, we are unable to cancel your order once it is released.
Does TCC offer expedited services
Yes. We offer expedited services on most of our products which will carry an additional fee for either placing your product ahead on the production line or for expedited shipping services.
Does TCC have samples of papers and print processes
Yes. We have a vast collection of samples of past work reflecting paper and most print methods. Please set an appointment, a designer or sales associate will be happy to show you the options.
I have an idea for a design for my business card (or any other product) and I have a logo file. Will there be any charges for interpreting my design?
Yes. For those who know what they want and just need us to create a proof and a print file we offer typesetting services ranging from $25 for setting up a business card to $75 for a larger piece such a postcard or small flyer. For specific fees or for producing custom work, contact us for a short phone or in-person consultation.
Does TCC offer design templates?
No. Our work is 100% custom personalized with your unique information. However, if you have a firm idea of what you need, you can minimize additional design fees by providing a sample visual of what you’re looking for. That will save us the time of research and exploration and it will save you money.
